Wyneth L was purchased by me from Pat Limage as a weanling. At the Hedgeland Hanoverian inspection on September 15th, 2007, she received a 7.67 on her inspection, winning the high score Hanoverian neck sash. Then the following day, she received a 7.94 on her mare performance test, winning the MAHB silver cup trophy and the neck sash. The silver cup returns home to RSF to the same shelf it had lived on since EMC Whindlass' win in 2006.

Dr. Walter Hartwig perpetual trophy |

EMC Wyneth L is the 2007 recipient of the Walter Hartwig Award. This AHS award is given to the highest scoring, domestically bred 3 or 4 year old mare as a combined total of the inspection score and the mare performance test score. Breeder and owner share the award. This is the second time that one of my mares has won. EM Dew Berry won this award in the inaugural year of 2002. We will receive a cup and our names will be engraved on the perpetual trophy.

In 2007, the winner of the 4 year old division is one of our own homebreds, Whirlpool (Widmark/Glimmer). The owner, Julia Greifeld receives a wooden award plaque with a photo of the commissioned painting which hangs in the AHS office with the winners names engraved on the frame.
